The room here is immaculate and beautiful, featuring a kitchenette and a connected terrace.

i was there for 6 nights and ate at seaside restaurant with friendly and helpful staff.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The room is beautifully decorated with a Mexican touch, clean, and spacious with good airflow.

Our expectations were somewhat high before we even go there, based on the pictures and descriptions of the property; however, La Joya far exceeded our expectations in beauty, comfort, relaxation, tranquility and a list of other features. My wife and I discussed how best to describe it and the best we could come up with, "perhaps not a 5 star hotel but definitely a 5 star experience." It was like vacationing in a post card. Absolutely beautiful!! A true tropical Mexico experience!! We are already making plans for next year.

There was really nothing wrong with our stay and/or the hotel. Beautiful grounds, clean rooms, unbelievable view. It was awesome!!

My favorite property in Isla Mujeres. Location adjacent to Punta Sur, a live music bar called "The Joint " and a 20 minute walk to the central part of Isla Mujeres, the "commercial center " and the beach, and Punta Sur scenic park and ruins. Also, on the south end away from everything. Modern design and spotless and airy room. Wonderful breakfast with a huge variety of nice foods.

very quite, nice rooms with a balcony and a phantastic view over the sea, direct access to the beach, friendly staff, clean, easy to go to the city center

only breakfeast will be served (french style - toast, butter, marmelade, orange juice and coffee), no lunch, no dinner, but a fridge in each room, currently no restaurant in walking distance, prepare for moskitos

Convenient Location 📍

The room I stayed in was cozy and centrally located. It was only a quick 15-minute drive from the airport, making it super convenient when arriving or departing. the room was really nice, clean, and had a modern touch. Plus, it offered a lot of privacy for a relaxing stay.

Small quaint nature of the facility, the room and the views from the balcony were nice, the friendliness of the staff, ability to cook meals for yourself was great, but it was difficult to get food.

Isolated to a certain extent with no transport provided by the hotel... Ability to rent a golf cart by the hour or 1/2 day from the hotel would have been nice. Toast and coffee are not an American breakfast... Our expectation was that muffins and croissants or small ommelettes/toast would be provided. No restaurants close by made mealtimes difficult at times. The beach area was a great disappointment filled with sea urchins - no docks to get out past the weeds and urchins, and no snorkeling equipment available at the hotel. Addition of hair dryers in the rooms would have improved comfort.

The unit we got was spotless with rocking chairs, patio, breathtaking view. Had amazing and gorgeous location away from the centre of Isla Mujeres, minutes away from Cancun Underwater Museum.

We recently had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, as it was away from the crowds of the north of the island and provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. If you are willing to rent a golf cart and stay on the quiet end of the island, you will love it here. The view overlooking the ocean was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved waking up to this stunning sight every morning.

Truly a wonderful location, cliffside overlooking the Caribbean with Cancun on the horizon. Very short jaunt to the Isla Mujeres south point which was breathtaking. Very picturesque.

The hotel was almost full (10 rooms) and everyone was so quiet and self absorbed. Thought I would get kicked out for sneezing. It's a wonderful hotel for reading, relaxing and avoiding the noise of the rest of the world. It was wonderful for one night for my wife and I but couldn't stay a week. Not recommended for party goers bu for those searching for peaceful tranquility, this is the place.

The rooms here are so clean and bright, and they all have a balcony 🌅 with epic ocean views. the staff are super friendly too, making you feel right at home.

Good little hotel off the beaten track on the Isla Mujeres. Small, clean, well equipped and hospitable. Stunning views. Great basic breakfast - brought to you on your terrace at a time of your choosing. Great value for Money
